Lawrence Sail’s Waking Dreams: New & Selected Poems (Bloodaxe, 2010) was a Poetry Book Society Special Commendation. His most recent collection, The Quick (also from Bloodaxe Books), came out in 2015. The poems here are included in Guises, a new collection due from Bloodaxe next year He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature.
