Alicia Byrne Keane’s poems, short fiction, and reviews have previously been published in The Moth, Banshee, The Colorado Review, The Cardiff Review, The Beckett Circle, Entropy, the [PANK] blog, The Berkeley Poetry Review, Poethead, Cordella, and others. She has performed poetry at festivals such as Electric Picnic, Body & Soul, and Lingo Festival, and has had two of her performances recorded for Balcony TV. She has assisted on the editing team for the New Welsh Review, judging poetry submissions and writing literary reviews. Her first chapbook collection, Planet Tuesday, was a semi-finalist for the Tomaž Šalamun Prize. Her poem ‘surface audience’ has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize.
