Ben McGuire’s poems have appeared in The Irish Times, Cyphers and Poetry Ireland Review. He was a runner-up in 2017 for the Patrick Kavanagh Award for a manuscript towards a first collection. Based back in his native Dublin after a decade in Italy, he works as a teacher of English and Italian.
