Blaithin Allain is Irish and lives in France. She writes to give voice to forgotten people. Her poetry has been published or is forthcoming in: Acumen (UK), Euphony Journal (Chicago University, U.S.A.), The Lake (UK), Orbis (UK). She teaches English as a foreign langage and works as a sometimes actress and translator.
