Cheryl Julia Lee’s We Were Always Eating Expired Things (Math Paper Press, 2014) was shortlisted for the Singapore Literature Prize in 2016. Her creative work can also be found in QLRS, Icarus, and Columbia Journal. She is currently a PhD student at Durham University.
