Eugene Dubnov was born in Tallinn and emigrated to the West in 1971. His latest books are The Thousand-Year Minutes, a bi-lingual poetry collection from Shoestring Press (UK), and Never Out of Reach, an autobiography from Clemson and Liverpool University Presses.
