Ian Dieffenthaller was raised in Trinidad and works between there and the UK as an architect, poet, publisher and reviewer. In 2009 he wrote Snow on Sugarcane, a literary history of Anglophone Caribbean poetry in Britain, and in 2012, co-edited the first full anthology of poetry from Trinidad and Tobago.
