Jeffrey Wainwright

Jeffrey Wainwright has published nine books of poetry, all with Carcanet Press.The most recent is Here in Earth (2022). He has also published a book of essays on the poetry of Geoffrey Hill, Acceptable Words (Manchester University Press, 2005. The fourth edition of his book Poetry the Basics (Routledge, 2004) will be published later this year. His new and collected poems is in preparation.
