Maggie Freeman’s collection Singing for Mr Bear was published by Littoral Press in 2014. She was a prize-winner in the Waltham Forest 2019 Poetry Competition. Her three historical novels will be republished soon by Endeavour Media and she has just completed another about Canute. She lives in East London.
