Matt Gilbert is a freelance copywriter, who also writes a blog about place, books and other distractions at richlyevocative.net. Originally from Bristol, he currently gets his fill of urban hills in South East London. His first collection, Street Sailing was published by Black Bough Poetry in 2023. His poems have been widely published in journals including Acumen, Dust, Finished Creatures and Northern Gravy.
