Mick Gidley guest edited the special Native American issue of Stand (8:1) published in 2008. He is Emeritus Professor of American Literature & Culture at the University of Leeds. His scholarly publications include Photography and the USA and, recently, The Grass Shall Grow: Helen Post Photographs the Native American West.
