Mihir Vatsa belongs to the plateau-state of Jharkhand, India. He is author of a poetry collection, a poetry chapbook, and a memoir due for publication in 2019. He was Charles Wallace Fellow of Writing at University of Stirling, where he is also involved with the Centre for Environment, Heritage & Policy. He lives in his hometown, Hazaribagh, and works across the disciplines of literature, heritage and human geography.
