Moira Garland is a prize-winning poet and prose writer whose work has appeared in The North, Algebra of Owls, Strix, Tyto Alba, Cake, Electrifying Women, and others. She took 2nd prize in the 2021 Weaver Words/Frodsham Literature Festival flash fiction competition, and was also a runner-up. She lives in West Yorkshire.
