Owen Lowery has a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Bolton. He has published two poetry collections, Otherwise Unchanged (2012), and Rego Retold (2015), both from Carcanet. His work has appeared in Stand, PNR, The Independent, The Guardian, The Observer, and on the BBC.
