Pete Green is a poet and musician who grew up in Grimsby, lives in Sheffield and writes about place, identity, marginality and finitude. Their recent short book is Hemisphere (Longbarrow Press) and their first full-length collection The Meanwhile Sites is forthcoming from Salt in October this year. Pete’s poetry, which has also appeared in Under the Radar, the The Fenland Poetry Journal, and elsewhere, has been longlisted in the 2020 National Poetry Competition and shortlisted for the 2019 Brotherton Poetry prize.
