Robert Nazarene is founding editor and publisher of The American Journal of Poetry / www.theamericanjournalofpoetry.com. In 2006 he published the winning volume for the National Book Critics Circle Award in poetry. He is the author of two poetry collections: CHURCH (2006) and Empire de la Mort (2017). His poems have often appeared in Stand.
