Tandy Sturgeon

Tandy Sturgeon was born and grew up in the Catskill Mountains of upstate NY, and attended Bard College, The New School, CU-Boulder, UW Madison. She has taught in Colorado, Wisconsin, Idaho State University, Hebei Daxue in Baoding, China, and at the University of Montana. Her poems have been published in several little mags and also essays and book chapters on American poetry. The Blue Hill Cycle was written a while back. It was inspired by Frost’s The Hill Wife.
